Our Sprouted Jowar Pista Cookies are made for those who appreciate traditional grains with rich nutty flavours. Using sprouted jowar as the base, these cookies are enhanced with soaked pista flour, cashew flour and nuts & seeds powder for added nutrition and taste.

We use littile bit khapli wheat flour for binding and improved digestibility and jaggery instead of refined sugar, keeping the recipe clean and child-friendly. A small amount of A2 cow ghee (Bilona) adds depth and aroma, making each cookie flavourful without being heavy.
