Our Sprouted Wheat Flour is made using whole wheat grains that are soaked, sprouted and sun-dried, following traditional Indian methods that enhance nutrition and improve digestibility.

Sprouting wheat naturally increases its vitamin B content, fibre, minerals and protein availability, while reducing phytic acid — making it easier on the stomach and more nutrient-absorbable, especially for kids, adults, and every family members.
