Our Sprouted Khapli Wheat Flour is made from whole Khapli wheat grains that are soaked, sprouted and sun-dried, one of India’s oldest grains known for its natural low gluten, high fibre content and remarkable digestibility.

Unlike modern wheat varieties, Khapli wheat is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and complex carbohydrates, yet soft on the gut — making it suitable for kids, adults and elders alike.

It produces soft, flavourful rotis, breads, parathas, pancakes and baked snacks.
