Our Soaked Little Millets Moringa Dosa Premix is crafted using little millets soaked overnight, gently dried and ground with raw moringa leaves to create a wholesome, easy-to-digest dosa premix.

How To Use / How To Consume

Simple way

  • Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water.
  • Mix it well, add spices.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes and ready for cook.

Dimple way

  • Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water, half tsp nuts and seeds powder, 2 tsp grated veggies.
  • Add spices.

How to make

  • Step 1: Warm a flat dosa pam on medium heat & sprinkle little water and wipe with cloth.
  • Step 2: Pour big spoon batter and spread evenly in circular motion from center to an outword, add oil or ghee to the edges & centre.
  • Step 3: Cook well on both sides until crispy & golden.
  • Step 4: Serve with sambhar or chutney to your loved ones.
